We offer a resizing service to customize your bracelet to your desired wrist size before shipping.
What’s Included
• Adding or Removing Beads: Adjustments based on availability of additional beads in stock.
• String Replacement: Option to change the string type (elastic only).
Sizing Information
• Available sizes: 15-19 cm standard.
• Sizes outside this range are considered custom and may incur additional costs to account for extra materials.
Flat Fee
This service is available as a flat fee for elasticized bracelets only and per bracelet not by per order.
Important Notes
• This service is available for new purchases only (not for previously sold items).
• Resizing is an approximation due to bead sizes and patterns. While we strive to match your desired size, slight variations are possible.
• Design patterns may shift during resizing (e.g., alternating designs may double in some areas).
How to Request Resizing
• Let us know your requirements during the live show or email us after placing your order.
• Once the sizing is agreed upon and adjusted, changes cannot be made without an additional fee.
